With this latest release, our team spent time working to improve some very important pieces of iTriage:
- A great feature we continue to improve is the delivery of ER wait times. We hope you don’t need to visit an ER anytime soon, but if you do, you’ll be glad to know that we’ve made it even easier for hospitals to pass this information into iTriage. In an emergency, this can help you decide the best location for you.
- In some locations, you can now tell an emergency department or urgent care that you are going in. This gives you the ability to let them know what your symptoms are so they can be more prepared for your arrival. We’ve made this process even easier to use so you won’t waste any time whether on our website at iTriageHealth.com, on our mobile site or on the iTriage for iPhone or Android.
- As we continue to grow, with over 1.2 million mobile downloads and counting, we need to make sure we can keep up with all our new and existing users. We’ve been working to make iTriage faster and more reliable than ever so you’ll know we’ll be ready when you need us.
