Google’s Android Market hit a momentous target nearly two years after the application storefront opened. Analytics provider AndroLib recently announced that they’d crossed the one billion downloads. While Apples still boasts an amazing five billion downloads, Android is in good position to ramp up on that number, considering that 160,000 Android devices are being activated each day.
While Android quickens its pace in the race with Apple, Healthagen has just released iTriage 2.53 for Android with the following upgrades:
1. Updated symptom, disease and procedure information
2. Removed the Call 911 button and replaced it with an emergency button to set your own emergency number
3. Fixed a bug that will allow iTriage to be added to a conference call
4. Fixed the “location settings icon” to improve graphic display on medium density devices
